I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Liberty, MO) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview lasted longer than necessary because the manager got called away about 5 times. The questions weren't hard. Mainly just going over the hours and pay. They tell you how easy it is to get your production quota, and you'll get .09 for every item that you go over your quota.
I applied online, got a call for an interview pretty quickly. They have a high turnover rate so not surprised. I went in for the interview it was very casual. Asked basic easy common interview questions
It was basically an orientation more than anything else. The questions they had that they had to ask were safety related or anti-theft. There were also some forms that we had to sign
