The interview was held completely online in several steps: -first HR interview with the recruiter -interview with the area manager and a couple of senior engineer -longer interview with other colleagues The last interview lasted 4h but was really good to get to know the activities, the people and the tools. It was a pleasant experience also because the employees were all friendly and relaxed. In general the recruiting process was complete and ok. I had just preferred to discuss the contractual terms over the phone rather than on a e-mail exchange which is slow and it is not possible to get straight to the point as it should be. HR also very friendly and helpful, we did not find an agreement but for sure it was a very good experience and the proposal fair.
