One of the longest processes and I never spoke to a person the whole time. I submitted resume, was asked a few questions first I needed to respond in writing, then I was asked to do a test with questions about my management style, and apparently this is a pass/fail test, which was confusing in in itself since it was about my style and wasn't about right or wrong answers, (so I thought) I passed and was told I moved on to the next step which was answering a series of questions via a one-sided video interview, so you are talking to a blank screen. It's not easy to be comfortable or able to be yourself talking to a blank screen so it doesn't seem like a fair way to get to know your candidates, but instead, judge them. The questions kept on coming. I believe there were 9 total, and most of them situational questions. The only good thing is you had time after hearing a question to think about your answer, and then hit play. But after spending hours of my time on this entire process, I never spoke to anyone. They got to see me and know my management style, etc, and all I knew about the company and the role was from my research and the job description.
