The interview was with an employee who unfortunately resigned shortly after. It was a very insightful interview with a personality test that I found very enlightening, as well as a skills test involving some of the material I would be working with. The interviewer was very polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, a negative of this was the interviewer retired part way through the process, after about 3 months that I had been waiting to be offered the role. Fortunately I got contacted after he had left and offered a position.
