Interviewer needed to reschedule which was fine, but showed up to the interview in a rush to get off the call. After 15 minutes of a scheduled 30 minute interview, they tried to get me off the call and wrap things up without leaving anytime for questions. I pushed back and insisted that I use the rest of the time for my questions. They agreed, but answered me in extremely brief, non-descriptive explanations that did not illuminate anything about the company or role. Super weird.

Question 1
What's more important to you: Net Retention or Gross Retention?
Interviewer pushed back the meeting last minute and then ghosted after the interview. The recruiter was very unprofessional and complained about the job description and hiring manager during the interview and didn't provide an update afterwards despite promising to do so. Very unprofessional and unserious folks.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at GovOs
Interview
My interview process included a recruiter, another sales leader, the CRO, and HR manager.
They asked me questions about sales experience, behavioral questions, and context questions. There were also chances for me to ask questions throughout the process. I enjoyed that they were excited about the opportunity, but also didn't sugar coat was working well and what wasn't. I knew they wouldn't be hiring a new leader if everything was perfect and was excited by the challenge of building and growing the team.
