GovOs interview questions

Interviewer pushed back the meeting last minute and then ghosted after the interview. The recruiter was very unprofessional and complained about the job description and hiring manager during the interview and didn't provide an update afterwards despite promising to do so. Very unprofessional and unserious folks.

My interview process included a recruiter, another sales leader, the CRO, and HR manager. They asked me questions about sales experience, behavioral questions, and context questions. There were also chances for me to ask questions throughout the process. I enjoyed that they were excited about the opportunity, but also didn't sugar coat was working well and what wasn't. I knew they wouldn't be hiring a new leader if everything was perfect and was excited by the challenge of building and growing the team.
