I applied online. I interviewed at Gradiant (Chennai) in Jul 2025
Interview
They conducted two interviews the first was an introduction round, and the second was a German language assessment. After the second round, the HR called me and informed me that I had been selected for the next stage, and that she would contact me within the week for another review. However, even after two weeks, I did not hear back from them.
I eventually called the HR myself, who then told me that the job role had been frozen for the time being and that the hiring process was on hold. It would have been much better if they had informed me directly, rather than me having to follow up multiple times just to find this out.

Question 1
Why did i want to get into the field of supply chain?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gradiant in May 2025
Interview
After extensive back-and-forth over chat I was able to schedule a call, mostly thanks to a friend already working for Gradiant who'd recommended me. The call was extremely casual and the interview focused primarily on restating what I'd already listed in my resume and confirming that I was interested in a temporary position covering another associate's leave period. Following that call I was never contacted or responded to again via any channel. I found out later that the individual who'd interviewed me was no longer with the company. Clearly there were other issues behind the scenes that impacted my experience, but it's still very difficult to recommend based on what I saw.

Question 1
Mostly I was asked about my past experience, which was already outlined in my resume, and how comfortable I was with a temporary contract position.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Gradiant
Interview
The interview went very smoothly. I got positive feedback. However, they asked me to wait so they could interview other candidates, as per their process. They kept me waiting for three months and never got back.
I understand if a candidate is not a good fit, as I have been on the hiring end of the table. But keeping them waiting without proper communication is a bit arrogant. HRs should understand that it's only a two-way street, both the employee and the employer benefit.
