I interviewed at the head office in Hillsborough, I was interviewed by two ladies who shared the questioned between them. The process was very laid back and informal which i enjoyed, i was asked about 5 questions and the interview lasted about 20 minutes

Interview
CV application sent, leading to online verbal, numerical and non-verbal testing. Then, leading to an online video interview. The whole process was roughly 3 months from CV sent to video interview.

simple process of sending CV, if successful 1-1 informal interview basically running through your CV and discussing what you both want out of it.
However was shocked at interview, company did not portray a positive attitude that they wanted me by telling me all the negatives of the industry as if i shouldnt work in it. Additionally they came across and said things that were notably sexist for this day and age which im sure is not allowed.
