I was approched first on linkedin and then had a quick phone call and then another call with manager if selected after first call. I had the first call but then received a rejection message.

Very kind folks. Asked thoughtful questions (not your usual questions) that could be challenging but not confrontational or intimidating. They look for people who fit their culture and are self-motivated.
