The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gram (Spain)
Interview
The interview went well. A lot of questions about my background in order to check if I fit the position. There was a lot of time before the 2nd and 3rd interview and I wrote some e-mails inbetween where I got a reply. After the 3rd interview I waited for 3 weeks and then I got a reply that they have not decided about the position yet.
Unfortunately, after this, I never heard back from the company and decided to check Glassdor for feedback before writing another reminder. I got the confirmation here that I will never get a feedback.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gram (Spain) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview was okay, but I wanted to point out the lack of recruitment professionalism. The recruitment was divided into 3 stages, and I only got the first interview, being told after that the 2nd stage would be notified mid-January. After waiting for an answer for weeks, I emailed back and was told that the recruitment was still ongoing (At any moment I was told that I wasn't considered for the position any longer). After more than a month since the 1st interview, I thought that the 1st stage was just taking too long so I decided to email again, only to find out that the position was no longer offered due company being restructured, and no one bothered to inform me if I hadn't emailed to ask. The recruitment process it's just not serious and doesn't speak well of the company.
