Interviewed with three people, two executive assistants and one head interviewer for about an hour. The head interviewer seemingly scrambled with questions that another associate had provided her with, therefore it felt more conversational than a questionnaire about my experience and preparedness to take on this role. However, the company has a family "small business" feel even though they are certainly not a small company. This on the other hand it made me hesitant because in that type of environment, people take advantage of good work ethic and expect a lot for a little from a receptionist who ends up being a receptionist, personal assistant, administrative assistant, handyman and errand person. Overall, they were welcoming and professional without being cold.
