      Web Designer Interview

      27 Jul 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Grand Apps in Apr 2022

      Interview

I had a phone interview with Tyler, which went well. He asked me to complete a design test and return it in a week. I did so, sent it to him, and never heard back about the job. He said he'd get back to me soon, but saw on LinkedIn two days later he was congratulating the person who got the role. I am disappointed that I never even got so much as a 'we won't be moving forward with your candidacy at this time' email. It is unprofessional to ghost candidates, and I would've expected more from a local small business.

      Question 1

Will you complete a design test so that we can get a sense of how you would do in the role?
