They only hire employees through employment agencies. After 90 days they can directly hire you. There is no actual interview process at Grand Rock, just the employment agency does the interview. Basically, if you are willing to work then the employment agency will hire you, I had no previous shipping and receiving experience. The employment agency said that Grand Rock has a hard time keeping employees, and after working there I can see why.
