It was one casual interview with Director of Ops or another manager, hired on sight after a verification conversation about schedule experience and college extra curricular activities and then you get a scheduling text for onboarding

Interview
The interviewer, Allison, was very nice and easy to get along with. The interview was in person and she spent much of the time explaining the position, which is at 6 different bars around the Columbus area, and she gave information about the salary up front.
