In the first stage I was required to fill out the standard online forms followed by online test. The online tests consisted of situation judgement test and some very basic numeracy skills tests. The next stage was a video interview, which consisted of roughly 8,9 questions, followed by a follow-up call where they wanted me to elaborate on the answers I have given.
