There are generally two rounds of interview competency based and technical round with a Partner/ Director. Competency round is based on culture/ values where they will ask examples on demonstration of CLEARR values
Initial call with recruiter and line manager. Next stage is a formal presentation (one hour to prepare) then Q&A. Next stage is a conversation with the service line leader. Final stage is an informal colleague meeting.

Give an example of a time where you have actively sought to collaborate with another individual or team with a different perspective to yourself and how did this improve delivery / quality of your work?
Two stage process, very friendly and had to prepare a presentation for the final interview. They tested competencies using the CLEARR framework (can be found on their website), and gave good feedback which I could work on for the second interview. No faults.
