I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Granular
Interview
I had 3 total interviews. Two were on the phone and the final one was in person. The in person interview was the most unorganized interview i have ever been through. As one worker came in to interview me her response was " I am not sure why i am even in here talking to you". From there forward i couldn't wait to get out. Also all the interviews seemed scrammbled and seemed to all ask the same questions.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Granular (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Brief. Spoke with recruiter in CA, attitude of interviewer is what you would expect from that region unfortunately, but the interview was fine. The process was relatively quick and painless. Only made it through the first interview, so obviously was not difficult. It seems the company is heavily biased in only hiring people with extensive ag background.
