The worst interview process and most time waste that I witnessed in my entire life. (Need my time back)
Round 1:
30 psychological questions mainly about "Salary does not matter for me", "I would do the extremely hard work" and " I have 500 years of experience to do this job"
Round 2:
Then again 250 repetitive questions about "Salary does not matter to me", "I would do extremely hard work and dedicate my life to this job" and then "I have 500 years of experience in this job" and did I mention "Salary does not matter to me?"

Interview
After a brief phone screening interview, they sent me a ZIP file that contained PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript so that they can test my programming skills. There were instructions embedded in these files as PHP, JavaScript and HTML comments as to how they wanted it to be programmed.
They said that I had to complete the test within 4 hours and that I had to email it back to them as a ZIP file after I am done. I did the test like they wanted and followed up a week later. But after days and weeks, I did not hear back from them. They didn't even tell me if I passed or failed. They ghosted me. I find that so rude and disrespectful.

Firstly they gave me a 15 minute online quiz and when I completed that,
They sent me a stupid link which contains 250 psychological questions which were very personal. However i completed it and then asked me to schedule an online web interview and then completely ghosted me.
