Initial call HR screening went great, at this time was informed I would be interviewing for two separate positions. Titles changed twice during process, initially stated Customer Service Advocate/Coordinator. Positions were open since May interviewed in November, was told management was too picky (red flag). One week later first round of interviews was over the phone with two hiring supervisors, they ask to walk them through my resume overall went great. Next week second round of interviews was with both hiring supervisors and their managers. First interview of the day, supervisor was not friendly, very stiff, and unpleasant but interview went great. Noticed a little tension between mgr and supervisor, seemed they weren’t very fond of one another (red flag). Second interview went very well, very relaxed and care free. They only asked about 5 questions instead of 20 like the first. Was told during second interview how awesome of an interview it was and during first was told how I was what they were looking for. Mgr disclosed they needed someone since May bc an internal associate was offered a position and they were waiting for their replacement (red flag). A week and a half went by heard nothing called for a follow up and was advised, I didn’t get either positions. Managers were very misleading. Met someone there in passing stated they have a PHD and was unable to advance in the past two years of trying, not to mention this person only work a $30k position or less (red flag). Figured I dodged a bullet, too many red flags.
