I was called in for a 1:1 interview on a Friday. The interview lasted only 15 minutes, the interviewer basically asked me to walk him through my resume/experience. On the same evening I got a call for a second round, scheduled on the Monday. This is a panel interview with a VP of Operations, SVP of Finance and SVP of Supply Chain. The interview went really well, they were very polite and structured in what they wanted to ask.
