Grasshopper Bank interview questions

The interview process was 4 rounds. I felt the interviews were done very well. They were very relaxed and it felt as though they were really trying to get to know me.

First round interview with a Senior Credit Officer who is now the CCO. Everything went great and I really enjoyed talking to him. I then spoke to the recruiter who seemed less than enthused to be on the phone with me- thought it was pretty odd that my recruiter interview was second round. Last interview was with the hiring manager and he basically told me I didn't have the right experience- why even interview me? I could tell he wasn't even listening to my interview on the video call. The guy was messing with something on the side and not even looking at the camera. It was so distracting and unprofessional. Never heard from them again. This company is all over the place and recently fired all of their C-Suite and seem to be making even more changes in leadership. Be wary.
