Grassroots is a very small business, and thus has a very simple hiring and interview process. I filled out an application and was called by a manager within a few days. Then I was interviewed by the store manager, and then again by the two company managers and owner of the business. This is the typical process for Grassroots, which I witnessed for the three years which I was there.
