I found the ad for this job on Craigslist. It was pretty direct and detailed, but detailed in a vague way. It gave plenty of examples of what they'd like you to do, but did not explain what type of environment the workplace actually was. My interview was timed by an outside employee while I sat with the owner of the firm. He told me that although I'd answered all the questions from the job posting, he wasn't sure I was qualified for what they needed. Which was fine, except then he talked to me about why I thought I'd be a good fit. I had no idea whether my answer was suitable or not and then the other employee came in and said we were out of time. I left the interview feeling like I had failed a test.
