Gray Gray & Gray interview questions

First, I met with a managing partner who was a great conversationalist and gave a very informative company overview describing culture, work/life balance, and cross team collaboration. The next person I interviewed with delved into the role, what the expected from the position, etc. A bit odd that the description had change quite enough to be a bit of a red flag. Not sure if that is the norm.

Applied online, received an email two days later asking for availability to schedule a phone screen. I replied to the HR person with dates and times and never heard back. Followed up again after a few days and received no response.
