Pretty easy, had a recruiter reach out then had a call with the manager, took about 2 weeks to hear back so the turn around was good. One phone interview than I had a virtual interview due to my location at the time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Graybar (Denver, CO) in Jan 2026
Interview
Phone interview first, then I was contacted the next day for an interview in person interview. I interviewed with the manager and supervisor for just over an hour. I spend a lot of time preparing for this interview, reading up about the company and product. I thought the interview went well. I was told I would hear back in a couple of weeks. I never received a call or email letting me know whether or not I was selected. Graybar needs to be considerate of other people’s time. It doesn’t take much to send an email to someone if they are not selected.
2 rounds so far, Very nice people and once I got my first interview the second came quick. First was a phone call and the second is a Teams meeting with the hiring manager.
