Very easy, and very welcoming. I had 2 face to face interviews within the same week. I also was hired on the spot by the call center manager on the 2nd interview. And went to training a week later. The interview process overall was great! However, once you get your foot in the door it's a different story.

Interview
All I had to do to get the job was call for an interview. Once I went in, the interview lasted about ten minutes in which they asked me about my previous experience and then made me read a script. After I read it, they offered me the job and then showed me around the office.
