Quick and efficient. Several interviews, although a few of them felt pointless/unnecessary. What you see during the interview is what you get working there so pay attention if it fits with what you want,
At first I thought Great Minds was still a non-profit and some of the hiccups (pacing/tone) during the interview process made sense, but they are no longer a non-profit. It could use some tightening up. Much of the communication felt distracting rather than useful.

Deliver a presentation on a project from the last 2-5 years, with notes on decisions, your role, etc. etc.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Great Minds in Sept 2025
Interview
1) Submitted application online, 2) phone screen with recruiter, 3) panel interview, 4) application task, 5) final interview with senior manager. The whole process took roughly 7 weeks. The recruiter was communicative and highly professional, and I left with a positive impression of the company in spite of walking away without an offer.
