Impersonal, generic and it felt like they were bored of the whole process and that they already knew the answers. The questions were uninspiring and they weren't eveb taking notes
based off STAR values - need to have a good understanding. Asked generic questions like tell me a time when etc. Also wanted to know how you react in certain scenarios.
