Fairly easy. I was asked questions about prior experience, and mostly process-related questions.
Towards the end when I was being asked to join, I mentioned not wanting to work terribly long hours. I was then lectured about how startups require nights and weekends. This left a poor impression with me and I am glad I didn't join.
