Interview
My first interview was with the current Director of Accounting and Administration. It was very informative but laid-back at the same time. It did not quite feel like an interview, it was more of a conversation. Upon call-back, I interviewed with the CEO, the CFO, a Program Officer and the current Receptionist/Administrative Support. The CEO interview was the most demanding but still conversational. The others were more laid-back. They really were getting a feel for the right fit as an individual within the Foundation.

Question 1
The most difficult situation during the interview process was in the interview with the CEO. I had a difficult time understanding a question or two and had to ask for clarification. The communication differences made that interview a little more difficult.
