It was pretty easy and straightfoward. My interviewer was very nice and open and we talked a lot about why I wanted to have this job and what I would bring to the table.

There are multiple rounds of interviews, questionnaires, and a 3 hour zoom interview. The three hour interview includes an hour of individual interview, an hour of information and hearing from previous organizers, and an hour of writing.

If there were a bill to reduce emissions but people were concerned because it did not take environmental justice into account would you support the bill? (not the exact wording but same idea)
Very friendly recruiter. Brief 30 minute call and they spent about 10 explaining the program and other logistical details but besides that I felt heard and like I was given a fair shot
