The interview process dragged on for more than a month and a half, with little communication or structure. I went through multiple rounds of interviews, each spaced weeks apart, and rarely received updates unless I followed up myself. The recruiter seemed unorganized and unprepared — they never had me fill out any official paperwork, applications, or forms, even after several interviews. It felt like there was no clear process or timeline, and I was left guessing about next steps the entire time. By the time an offer finally came through, I had moved over and hour away.
