I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Green Mountain (Benton, AR) in Feb 2024
Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview within a week of applying. The phone interview is where they ask the basic interview questions - learning your experience and background. The day after the phone interview, I was contacted for the official/final interview. For the final interview, I was given a dataset and 4 questions to "answer" in a 30 minute presentation (the final interview). I was told they just wanted to see my analytical process and how my brain works. Then, after the presentation, they might ask some questions about your thoughts on the dataset or what you would do in a certain situation.

Question 1
If you were in a situation (at work) where you were stuck on a problem you couldn't figure out the solution to, how long would you wait until you asked somebody about it?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Green Mountain (Memphis, TN)
Interview
The interview process began with a general phone screening. After that I was asked to come in for a tour of the facility, and to conduct a presentation over a dataset I was provided a week prior.
They invest a lot of time into each candidate, so they ask the candidate to invest a lot of time in the company's interview process.
