Interview
Interview with three Bayway staffers individually for about 15 minutes each.
Wait three days to determine whether they want to bring you in for a second set of interviews.
15 minutes more with the president and 30 minutes with a tribunal.
Wait a full week to find out whether you are hired.
In person and included a skills test. Multiple steps during the process. A total of 3 different individuals to interview with. Process was relatively quick and easy. The longest part was the skills test.
