Interview
Submitted my resume in the morning and within 30 mins had an email that they wanted to interview me in person. It sounded more like a business opportunity (sales or franchise) than W2 position, and I was surprised that they didnt want to phone screen me first.
I took the time off from work and met the partner/founder who was going to interview me, and for the duration of the interview, it was me sitting at a table and the interviewer at his standing desk above me eating lunch. Somewhat awkward.

Question 1
The interview itself was very short, 30 mins. I was asked standard technical questions; 'How would you go about tagging packets for a VoIP phone implementation?' 'Have you ever created VLANs on a switch, and if so what for?' Also a few simple troubleshooting questions.
