Interview with Recruiter then additional interviews and take home assignment. The initial phone screen recruiter was cold and only asked me sales specific fire questions. One thing the receuitment process should work on is also selling the company to the prospective candidate. She just asked 5 rapid fire questions and then rushed me off the phone. To be honest, I didn't mind the rejection email, because after that interview I was in no way excited about Greenhouse or pursuing any next steps. Also, the rejection email is very generic and not specific with their feedback. You can tell if their just interviewing you for their own internal numbers or if they clearly have made an assumption about you before the interview.
