Interview
Very lengthy and drawn out! Had to take two very long assessment tests and do group excercises at group interviews.Had to sit in front of a panel, then complete group excercises, attend 8 months of classroom training five days a week that was in no way helpful. After that you went through another interview and them got put on a call list.
