The interview process was well-structured and informative. It would be helpful to provide a more detailed explanation of the technologies used by the team
While the interviewers were professional, providing more specific feedback to candidates after the interview, regardless of the outcome, would be extremely valuable for their professional development. Also, ensure the waiting area is more comfortable.

The interview process was pleasant. I was asked to complete a writing sample, then was asked for an interview.
Then about 10 days later received an email that my profile ‘did not match the job’. I understand there’s competition, but I thought it was odd, considering they were happy with me enough to take me through two rounds. Both interviewers were pleasant, but when I kindly asked for feedback (twice) on my application, I received no response from the recruiter. I think this is unprofessional, and reflects very poorly on the company and recruitment process, that they could not give me so much as a line of feedback. It shows little respect of the candidates time and effort in applying to their company.
