The interview process was pleasant. I was asked to complete a writing sample, then was asked for an interview. Then about 10 days later received an email that my profile ‘did not match the job’. I understand there’s competition, but I thought it was odd, considering they were happy with me enough to take me through two rounds. Both interviewers were pleasant, but when I kindly asked for feedback (twice) on my application, I received no response from the recruiter. I think this is unprofessional, and reflects very poorly on the company and recruitment process, that they could not give me so much as a line of feedback. It shows little respect of the candidates time and effort in applying to their company.
