Very simple online application asking about past experience. This was followed up by a quick competency telephone interview, and then a face to face interview all talking about similar aspects of education and employment history

Had a chat about the job roll then had a written test that counted towards my interview scores. I wasn't expecting a maths test at an interview! I asked about training there was a 2 day induction, then a lot of procedures to read and follow, hand hygiene is massive within the company

Great interview, told them that members of my family work there for a long time, I told them about previous experience at another bakery. They were really friendly and chatted about my family members who currently work at the company.
