Interview
Met with Justin for my first round interview, he was great. The office environment was fun but professional, unlike some of the other interviews I've been on lately. The interview is pretty simple and is more of a "get to know you" interview. He also covers the basics of the position and some of the advancement opportunities. The second interview is more detailed. The 3rd "interview" is just to go over the 2nd round interview and answer any last minute questions.

Interview
Greyrock contacted me through multiple forms of communication which was great. They spaced out contacting me in a way that wasn't annoying or pushy, which I liked. I set up an interview online and it was so easy. HR sent me all the information I needed to be prepared and she happily answered all my questions I had about the position. The position is entry level and involves training (paid) in pretty much everything. When you start, you run promotions (hense why they are a promotional marketing company) while you are being trained and developed into a future manager. Takes about 5-8 months of doing promotions and working hard before moving up. Not a big deal to me; I think you should have to work hard and not just get things handed to you. If you're interested in being lazy or having everything served to you on a platter, then you shouldn't interview with Greyrock. If you're not open minded you shouldn't interview with them either. If you do interview with them, you have 2-3 interviews. The first one is 20-30 minutes and pretty casual/basic. The second covers a lot more information, and then you are either offered the position right then or else during a 3rd and final meeting. They only invite the high quality people back for second rounds.

Interview
I applied online. Got notified that they received my application and was contacted through multiple forms of communication, which was nice since I don't check my email often. Looked over their website before coming to interview. Also looked over reviews and the owner's responses to them, which were more informative and useful than most reviews I found. The human resources department was helpful with explaining the position and answering my questions prior to my interview. First interview was short and to the point. Chatted, went over the position, and got to learn about the company and opportunities. Second interview went over more opportunities and more details and showed what's expected daily and what is expected at the management level after completing training. I accepted the position, learned a lot, and enjoyed it, but I had to temporarily leave because my girlfriend was having pregnancy complications, and we moved back by her parents. Greyrock employees were supportive and understanding.
