Everything moved quickly, but it felt super chaotic. I had a shadow interviewer added to my tech screen at the last minute. One of my onsite interviewees was swapped out for a different person which no one told me about until that interview started. Interviewees were running late from other interviews and mostly spent the whole time looking at their laptops to make sure they checked the right boxes. Everyone seemed rather stressed and on edge, and the CTO was fairly condescending. He seemed upset at the idea the company would be seen as helping with wildfire prevention, until he looked at the TV screen and admitted there are literally fire designs on everything. About half of each interview involved the interviewees asking if I had any questions.
