Applies online. Received a phone call a few days later, was told about hours, expectations and so forth. Scheduled an in-person interview the same week. Met with the manager and was taken on a tour before the interview. Probably to get rid of the jitters. Overall the interview was about 30 minutes, they asked about my experience, personality questions like how would you describe this, or how do you destress and what not.

Received a call from recruiter who found resume on a job board. Phone screen then in person interview for full time status. Awaiting offer from clinic manager post interview.

Interview
I had a phone interview with the recruiter who was helpful and knowledgeable. Was immediately called for an in person interview after the phone interview. The hiring manager was very accommodating in scheduling my interview as I worked night shift.
