Extremely long, poor communication, unclear requirements or expectations. Most interviews were just casual chats (that's fine) but the process took about 2 months, the recruiter rarely responded or gave updates/feedback, and basically ghosted at the end.

General background and interest questions. Some "how would you solve this type of problem" and some "tell me about your experience in this category" types of questions, but nothing deep or difficult.
