There was three stages, an initial interview, a 20 minute test and then an activity to create a presentation and present to the CFO. The interview process was fine but I withdrew after the final presentation interview as the CFO was thirty minutes late and didn’t pay attention to the interview at all. Unfortunately this isn’t a good look and the more I spoke with him the more I realised he didn’t seem to know much about the research department and despite the stats on my presentation being from a prior report Group GTI had done, the CFO had no clue about any of it. It was clear they needed someone to help the team lead who was doing most of the work but wanted an experienced person for an entry level job. Unfortunately, the company culture and the way new potential employees were treated turned me off entirely as the CFO also insulted me during the process. I won’t go into detail here however there was a clear difference in our company culture values. The good thing was they did reimburse me for my train ticket.
