Grover interview questions

The process was fine, but HR person didn't seem to understand she was asking. I understand she might not know the task of the role so well, still, it is better that she could at least understand what kind of information she actually wants to get from the candidates.

The interview process felt very natural and relaxed. It was more like a professional conversation than a formal interrogation. Most of the discussion focused on my previous role, what my day-to-day work looked like, the challenges I faced, and how I dealt with them. My impression is that it helps a lot to stay calm and speak in a clear and positive way. It is better to give coherent answers without overexplaining and to use real examples from your experience.
