Applied through LinkedIn and heard back about a month later with a rejection. The interview process included written responses over email, a Zoom interview, and an in-person meeting. After the in-person interview, no next steps were shared, and I didn’t receive an update for two weeks until I went ahead and just followed up myself. Given the negative employee reviews and the way the owner responded to them, I ultimately took the rejection as a sign from God.
