GrowNYC interview questions

Multiple interviews with extended periods between and little communication. Interviews are done in groups with employees that could be your subordinates - I found that to be really awkward. Communication should be improved through the process.

The interview process took about 2 weeks. Met with HR via Google meet, took an assessment test and later on, met with 2 people that were part of the team. HR asked for my references, took their time getting back to me and they just rejected me for no reason. Why would you ask for references if you're just gonna reject the candidate? Extremely misleading and very unfair.
