It's a long process: -interview with recruiter -technical interview -interview with teammates - interview with CEO But it gives acandidate an opportunity to get a feel for the company and meet potential/future coworkers. They don't ask you to do a free task, so while it's a bit lenghtly it does not feel predatory.
