Very lengthy process. First interview was a zoom call with a manager. It was a nice interaction, although they were almost 10 minutes late. An hour later, I was invited to a 2nd interview in person. That interview went very well. Hours later, they had me do an assessment, a background check, and give them a list of references. I completed it the same day, and the background check took a total of 4 days to come back. I knew for sure, I would be offered a job. After the background check went through, they asked if I would come in for a final meeting to touch base with two other attorneys. The next morning, I went in with the same exact attitude. That "meeting" started almost 30 minutes late. There was the one attorney I interviewed with initially, and two other people there who were somewhat disengaged. One of them weren't even going to shake my hand before I left if I didn't hold my hand out. The "meeting" felt more like an interview. That interaction was very intimidating and all the time I wasted with Gruber didn't matter, because after waiting the entire weekend to hear back, hopefully with a job offer, they ended up going with another candidate. I am actually shocked that I had to go through all those steps, just to be told "no."
