Interview
The Staff Manager will call you - no email contact. She will request that you come in for an in person interview. You fill out a form which requires references. A Spelling and grammar test will be administered. If you pass this round you will be invited again to do a paid “test” days where you work with the front desk receptionist. You will also interview with your possible bosses.

How long do you expect to work here? How can you handle working under pressure?
Standard interview process. You are given a cover letter with heavy legal jargon that you will need to edit. You are also given a spelling test. Management is from 1920 and forgot Microsoft Word exists for these purposes.
