Guardian Capital Group interview questions

5 rounds of interviews with almost all wholesalers. Nothing too technical, just proof of financial knowledge and what I am looking to achieve heading into the job. Need to display some salesmanship and understand how to pitch in a number of fields; Fixed Income, Global Equities, etc

Starts with a call with HR, then two to three rounds of interviews with senior members. Conversational interview. Want to see fit with the company. No technical or situational questions.
